Supported Windows platforms: Windows 10, Windows 11
“Multi-user” architectures require the use of a Windows server (2012/2012R2, 2016, 2019, or 2022), whereas a workstation can operate on any Windows platform from Windows 10 or 11.

Technologies such as Microsoft Terminal Server/Remote Desktop (TS/RDS) or Citrix allow the configuration of a WAN-accessible server that can accept lightweight or thin clients as workstations, with access from any MSTSC-compatible client (Mac/Windows/Linux).

Hardware Specifications

The hardware configuration of a machine (server or workstation) also depends on other needs: what other software is being used on the machine?
Depending on those needs, a more powerful processor or additional memory may be required.
The applications are VM-compatible.
Minimum configuration: i5/i7, 8 GB RAM, 10 GB free disk space for InfoDyne databases

Installation and Update

Software installation is carried out via remote assistance with your IT team.
Updates are made available for download from our website and are accompanied by a release note.

Data Transfer: Importing and Exporting Data

Available import and export tools allow you to automatically transfer data in standard text formats (TXT, XML, CSV) from your existing IT system to the regulatory-dedicated machine—and vice versa.
This includes Mixtures, Semi-finished products, Raw materials, Substances, etc.

For exports: Labels: XML, Excel, TXT/CSV – SDS: XML
We can also integrate XML SDS data directly into your SQL databases upon request.
